Amazing service. Not many guys in this shop, but a ton of business. Yet they were still able to fit my car in the day after my call. The quote for the work was very reasonable. The required parts were not easy to get and yet they still managed to get the parts and fix the car all on the same day! Staff service honest, pleasant and professional.

Got 4 new tyres put on my car yesterday and just want to say thanks to Peter he was super quick and helpful with other issues.. friendly customer service Peter and jack. Super friendly atmosphere.

The team at Hawker were excited about diagnosing the cause of the engine misfire my car was having. It’s great to see the guys so enthusiastic about their job, and doing it so well as a result. Customer service is spot on and I’m back with the team for new tyres and a wheel alignment soon.

Work (replace disc rotors and brake pads) done as it was said it would be done, and manager pushed the parts supplier when it seemed they wouldn't deliver when they said they would.
Looked out for me - appreciate that.

Took my sanggyong in for just a oil change car ran great when I dropped off then ran poor and had engine light on straight away rang up and was told to take back and they would look over it nothing was done for days no communication so decided to pick car up and booked in else where
Very poor work I say

I felt they over charged me, had the car way to long, still not running well, so will never go back to them very angry and upset with them

The service indicator on the dash is still showing service required despite the service being done

As always the staff were friendly and very good at what they do. Great workmanship and great pricing will definitely be back.

The staff at mycar Hawker went out of there way to get my tyres done even though they were very busy. It was very much appreciated.

We walked in off the street with a problem battery and/or alternator. The guy we spoke to (sorry, didn't get your name) responded to our predicament really quickly, got the car started, suggested getting things checked and then didn't charge us. We walked away extremely impressed and would recommend this business to everyone who needs good service and a friendly attitude towards customers.

Very quick turnaround for tyres

Mycar Hawker was very prompt in assessing the need for repair to my car, with a very good outcome. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Looks good service I will say that after some weeks :)
The only cons is that at the end for the payment I requested a quote and he said me he did not have time and will send me it ... still waiting and the email is noreply so I have to comeback or call them...it's not very clear what they done ... in my country the men takes everytime 10 min to explain me what they make/check on the car and what's wrong and the price if I want to do it ...

Had great time efficient, really good costumer service, will be going there from now on
