Tyre service found a solution for me and had me on my way home within an hour, at 4 pm on the eve of a public holiday when I had two young kids in the car and boot of luggage. The roadside assist service was less impressive.

My car is always in good hands at MyCar. I have been going there with my i30 for 10 years now and trust them to keep it in good nick. Had the car since brand new but very low mileage these days so not wanting to replace it

Exceptional car service and excellent staff
I brought my cars in for the annual service on 2 separate days. After the service I was thrilled to find the cars performed well and smoother to drive. The MyCar staff were friendly and professional. Jerry, the manager alerted me on the invoice what additional work need to be done on one of the cars during the next service.
Before paying up Jerry asked me if I had my Flybuys card. I was happy with my total experience and I had no problem entrusting my cars to MyCar Hawthorm.

Never Again!
I had booked for my day off and when I arrived for my appointment it was booked in for the wrong day but they did serviced my car. South Melbourne mycar did much better and my car felt like it got a service.

It went in for a service and came out with problems that they could not fix. Had to take it to Mazda dealer. They also left their tools in the engine it by mistake which was found by the mechanics in another shop!
