I had an 11:00am booking to have my tyres rotated. I arrived on time and was told the job would take approximately one hour, and that I would receive a call when it was ready.

I went into Westfield to wait but never received a call. After 90 minutes, I returned at 12:30pm to check on my car, only to find it still parked in the exact same spot where I had left it. It was clear the work hadn’t even started.

When I asked about the delay, I was simply told it would be “a little longer.” Given my appointment was at 11:00am and I had already been waiting well beyond the advised time, this was extremely frustrating—especially as I had another commitment and could not wait any longer.

I ended up taking my keys and leaving, having wasted 90 minutes for nothing. No one contacted me to advise of delays, and there was no real apology or attempt to resolve the situation.

The lack of communication and disregard for customers’ time is unacceptable. The staff member I dealt with also came across as disengaged and unhelpful, both to me and other customers.

Very disappointing experience—definitely won’t be returning.

Always so easy to work with the team. They always provide detailed communication if there are any repairs needed.

Quick, easy process, booked and paid online walked in and the car was ready early which they text me about just all round good service and great prices

every thin was done well in accordance with the log book service, on time and with a courtesy phone call to say the car was ready to pick up, I will be back next time and now considering getting my other car serviced there as well, thank you My Car

I have been using My Car at Helensvale for a few years now and have always found the staff to be professional and provide the best service, and they will promptly communicate if they find problems outside of the standard service, and offer an affordable resolution.
Very thankful for the great service always, and as an added bonus they offer roadside assistance as part of the service package

Having taken my vehicle from the expiry of the original warranty to have its first service with MyCar, I am delighted with the service provided. The timing was excellent and the service staff were easy to deal with and understanding.

A big shout out to the kind staff at Mycar Tyre & Auto,
Helensvale. Some clown decided to brake my rear vision mirror on my car. Probably because they could!
