Fantastic service ordered and booked online for some new tyres dropped the car off and it was ready to pick up 20 minutes before pick up time I could not ask for better service. They are my go to place for customer service.

Great Service and communication from the team at Innaloo. Had the vehicle in for a general service and the check came back with other areas that could be addressed, the options were explained and whether the need was urgent or not. Not trying to fix things that werent broken or non urgent. Great service Honesty and Communication.

Customer service was excellent by all Mycar employee’s whom I dealt with whilst arranging the fitting of 2 x Continental tyres to my Holden Caprice.Nothing was too much trouble when arranging rotation of older front tyres (also purchased at Mycar Innaloo 2024) I also appreciated assistance offered by management in regard to my enquiry re servicing my 6 x 4 trailer….small gesture but lasting impression - Thanks Mycar Innaloo - Good to do business with you

Fitted in my puncture repair straight away even though I had not made a booking. Was told that the location of the lodged screw was borderline for repair on initial external inspection as near the tyre wall. Popped back twenty minutes later to find the tyre repaired and given the advice of just to check it over the next few days to make sure the repair patch has held. Much cheaper than forking out for a brand new Cooper tyre.

Car was serviced quicker than expected. All issues listed but they were deemed not urgent which I was impressed with rather than trying to upsell me to do immediately. So I will bring the car back to get these fixed but abit at a time

Good services

I had driven over a nail and rushed to Mycar Innaloo as I feared my tyre was punctured. Mycar offered to do a puncture repair on the spot. Luckily it turned out there was no puncture when they took the tyre down for a look and they didn’t charge me. I was back on the road in 20minutes. Very big grateful for the immediate service and quick turnaround.

Great service ata reasonable price

After I had 2 new tyres fitted, my car was giving warnings that tyre pressure was low.
As it was a long week-end I had to wait a few days before I could go back and get the tyres checked.
