Job done in the time quoted.

Over promise and under deliver...still waiting for a response on parts delivery...over 4 days...it appears their manager has staff issues... management training is the companies fault

Booked in for 2 tyre replacements and was told it would be ready within a reasonable timeframe, but it ended up taking over 2 hours. I had to call myself to check on the car, only to be told “we were going to call you, but it’s ready now.” Poor communication from start to finish.

The bigger issue was what happened after I left. Shortly after driving onto the freeway, my tyre pressure warning light came on. I drove straight to BMW to have it checked and was told the tyre pressures were dangerously uneven the front left tyre was at 39 PSI while the front right was at 30 PSI.

After paying for a basic tyre service, I didn’t expect to leave with a safety issue. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.

It was a great experience, with excellent service and trustworthy.

I was able to book my vehicle in easily the next day to have work completed. The staff were helpful and kept me informed on the progress and any additional work that was recommended to be done.

Service and staff are very reliable and honestly

The staff were helpful & explained the processes. If I had a criticism it would be that the tyres were inflated to 39psi which set off all sorts of alarms when we hit the freeway

very communicative. the car is running well so did a very good job. very fast work completed timing belt and cv joint change as well others in a day. only thing would have liked that didnt have, spent a small fortune doing preventative maintenance on the car, only realise after that the car was due for servicing in another week and they didnt do the servicing a well

We were in need of four new tyres for our little Yaris the guys got us in that same day n job done in less than an hour ! Very happy very satisfied

I wanted 2 tyres on the day I visited mycar Joondalup.
Although the workshop was busy and the size I wanted temporarily not in stock, they went out of their way to acquire and fit them for me all before the close of business.
They can have my business again.

Able to fit me in on a Saturday which I understand would be busy. They found the tyres had on were the wrong size (hmm thanks Tyrepower) but had the right ones in stock and arranged easily. Highly recommended.

Excellent service at Joondalup WA branch. Communication was 1st rate. Professional & courteous. Issue with aircon was resolved promptly.

The team were very helpful and clearly explained any issues they discoverwd with the car. They were able to fix rhese issues promptly and at a fair prce.
