My Car Katoomba Tyre & Auto on the 28th of October 2025. I had 4 new tyres put on and also had a wheel alignment done the office front was very clean and neat and tidy and so was the workshop area, all the staff were very friendly and professional in the way they interacted with the customers. I will definitely be going back to Katoomba My Car Tyre & Auto again, and I will be recommending them to my family and friends and also my work colleagues.

Needed a pink slip and was told it would be ready in one hour. I had to wait more than two without receiving a message in regards of the delay.

I recently had my car serviced but my kilometres meant I would be due again soon after. Jeffery was fantastic as always talking me through my options and what would be most cost effective and safe. He also provided various scheduling options, communicated during the service and let me know the minute I could pick up the car. I always have a great experience with the team at Katoomba. Stars all. And it's interesting how just saying I have my car up for a service to other people results in unsolicited praise for the team who take care of them too!

My appointment was for 8 am immediately on opening, a log book service, approximately 2 hours. I chose to wait and settled with a book in the foyer.
During the time I was consulted about extra work required, and what work would be necessary next service.
The condition of my car on completion was excellent.
Tyres , steering, air conditioning and much more.
2 hours and the work was completed, paid for and I was ready to leave.
Jeffrey the administrator and all the mechanics are very pleasant.
So these are the reasons I wholeheartedly give 5 stars.
