Positive experience.
The service manager could not have been more helpful, in any area of the experience. Whether it be booking in a time, ordering in a part, fixing a tyre or replacing a globe in a headlight. The cost was reasonable for the work done, so I will definitely be going back to My Car in the future.

I arrived at My Car Cotham rd Kew this morning with a burst tyre. Jamie and Lachlan were so helpful, professional and friendly. They fixed my tryre and put it back on the car on the same day although they were obviously busy. I couldnt get over how helpful they were. Went above and beyond. Previous car services with them have been done promptly and reasonably priced. Thankyou !!

Quick replacement after tyre burst
After having had a tyre burst, the team at the Kew location were not only very happy to receive the wheel and burst tyre that afternoon, but also make sure it was ready for collection the following day and have it reinstalled on my vehicle.
