The service manager was easy to deal with and a good bloke, only downside to my experience was I asked for them to have a look at my front bumper where the clips had broken and popped the join off….was told they had a look and secured it the best they could….had a look at the bumper and it hadn’t even been touched.

Very friendly and helpful
Very friendly, helpful staff - couldn't ask for better. Gave me a call to let me know what they found and how much it would cost. Also told me what would need doing at the next service. My car is running so much better now. Highly recommend, particularly the Townsville Willows staff
