Customer Service was 10/10.
I needed my tires fitted earlier than scheduled and needed to bring my booking forward, this was no problem. I wanted to be the first customer of the day and have my tyres fitted while I waited - no problem. The manager and team at Mycar Lilydale did a great job and the bargain Pirelli’s ride super nice.
This was my first experience with Mycar and the experience with the Lilydale team more than impressed , enough to say I can highly recommend.

He’s honest about what your car needs and won’t rip you off. He also doesn’t assume women don’t know much about cars like many other mechanics.
