I was promised my car would be ready in 2.30 as I had another appointment. After 11.00 (3 hours) I rang and they said it was ready but they hadn’t done wheel alignment and I would have to come back.
I think $213 for labour was a bit expensive for an oil change. I was in between full service, so only needed oil changed.

Quality service which includes free tire care

Very happy with service at Maddington when new tyre was fitted recently. Also just had a wheel alignment done today.
Jared Oliver (Manager) was extremely helpful with explaining about the results of the wheel alignment and also got the work done promptly. No hesitation in recommending MYCAR Maddington.

Been waiting 8 days now for someone to call me back regarding 2 tyres. Called 3 times throughout the week no one ever picks up the phone.

From start to finish the whole experience was very quick. I was informed every step of the way about what was being done to my car and the cost of all the work.
The staff were very helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Will definitely go back for my cars next service.

I did not feel that the staff member listened to me. I popped in and he said he could service my car then and there - I said that I'd have my phone with me as I'll probably need my brakes done but he phoned me 90 minutes and almost demanded that I come now (even though I was shopping) to sort the invoice.... I do need work on my brakes but they didn't have time to do it on that day - if he'd told me that when I popped in I wouldn't have left it there that day and had the service done. I will not be booking it in at that store to get the brakes (and other things) done. The staff member I saw needs to learn some tips on Customer Service (I won't name him on here).
