When I booked the service the mechanic checked the service history and fit it in for the following Saturday
When I dropped my car in, I noted one of the tyres had developed a slow leak
The service was completed earlier than expected, the puncture was investigated and repaired

Good service, great job and price and on time like they stated at the booking.

Great service and reasonable price.

On line booking confirmed as 9am drop off and 10am pick up for 2 tyres. Returned for car at 10.15am and was told I was "next in line", 10.30 the car still hadn't moved from where I had parked it.
I had my 90 year old Mother with me, we had done her grocery shopping (with perishables in it), so I went and got the car back so I could take her home. I was told to "come back in the afternoon, we should have finished most of our morning jobs by then"
I thought I was a "morning job" !?!?!!??!
I don't understand why there is a booking system with specific times for arrival and pick up , if it is ignored.
I returned in the afternoon and the job was completed within an hour. I was unhappy to have made two trips for it though !

Wonderful customer service.
Great price specially for small quick works. Took 5-10 min for changing globe at West Perth My Car the other day and I was served yesterday at 5:27 to refill wiper blades👍.
Also got my next booking for tyre service on my desired day under Tyre Care Plan.😊👍

From the friendly helpful chap on the phone when I initially rang for a quote - being able to fit my car it to be done so quickly - to when I went to pick up my car after the new tyres were put on & the chap who was very friendly and efficient then too - an overall great experience, and I will be recommending them to my friends & family that's for cert : ) Thank you!

The website is well laid out I was able to choose the tyres I wanted from the ones recommended for my vehicle.
The process was simple I booked a date and time that suited me and paid upfront via card on their website.
The employees were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The time to do the job was accurate and the car was ready when I returned to the shop. The care plan was explained to me thoroughly.

Been going there for years

Went in for a tyre repair and was told that due to having bought the tyre from mycar that the repair was free. Despite it not being a billable job the team brought my tyre in from my car (on a stinking hot day too) and despite them being clearly slammed for work turned it around in under a day. They even offered to fit the tyre back on for free. Absolute top support and service. Guys, we need more like you.

These guys at Maddington My Car tyre &auto are so professional and efficient, on top of that very honest twice I had my car in and it was a simple fix they did and told me no charge as they didn’t really do anything always do my servicing and repairs there and every time 5star service and informative
