I would just like to how lucky you are…
I would just like to how lucky you are to have someone like Mark working in your business. He is a huge asset. He also helped my partner with our daughters car. Having a scheduled service plus also new tyres and tyres removed to have rims fixed. Mark went above and beyond to help us out. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. When we did return the day Mark had gone back to his own store, we definitely noticed the difference in the service we received. This particular day we had the 2 new tyres put on and the guys that day didn't even clean the wheels afterwards.
