Quality service at short notice.
I had to travel interstate for a family emergency and my car was due for a service. The staff at Maitland were very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange a service for my car at short notice and still provide good quality work.

Very slow and fitting doesn't run to appointment timess
Had my car booked in from 10.45 to 2.15 car wasn't ready for pick up until around 4pm i even dropped the car off early.

I got 4 new tyres on car ,then was told…
I got 4 new tyres on car ,then was told it need costly repairs which would be more then car worth . I am not debating this but my issue is the didn't contact me to advise this so now I have a car with 4 new tyres that are never going to be used
Bad communication. Will never use again

The whole process was so easy
The whole process was so easy! I could choose my tyres and book online. When I got there the team were efficient and my car was ready well before I expected.
