From replacing my clutch, fixing my flat tyre, helping me locate an oil leek and servicing my car every 10,000 kms - the guys at Mandurah mycar have kept "my car" going !!! Thanks guys, great work.

Dealt with my issue promptly, gave me an alternative workaround to ensure I could still get to work, completed the job quickly, remembered to give me back the cause of my problem and communicated with me. They were great value for money to boot!

Even though they were extremely busy with no available appointments this week, they were able to take a quick look at my daughter's issue and fix it temporarily until it could be fixed properly. Her window was stuck down, and a new part was needed. This was so kind of them. Thank you

Always great service, wouldn't use anyone else to look after my tyres

As a long time customer I was left disappointed and confused by my recent dealings. My service last month brought up an issue with brakes, 'we'll ring you back", they didn't. So I booked in, on the phone, asked for ball park price, given one. Took car in, ball park price was again discussed, and signed for. Two phone calls, later to discuss the work to be be done and a fifty percent increase in costs! Picked up car, free air filter, thank you. Provided with a quote for other work that needs to be done, which included the work I'd just paid for, something else that was crossed out!
The mechanics might be wonderful, but the woeful and confusing communication by the office staff left me wondering what the hell was going on!

Quick and efficient service

Provided great service from the booking process right through to completion of repair. Informed me of diagnosis and cost and once go ahead was given the part was ordered and was fitted and the car ready to be picked up in less than 2 hours. Acccurate diagnosis and replacing only the faulty part meant the cost was approx one quarter of what was quoted by the dealer (where I get my car serviced). My interaction was with both Dillan and Jacob at the Mandurah centre and they were both great to deal with. Both were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Arrived to realise I hadn't finished completing my online booking and so my car was not booked for service. The employee on reception was very understanding and managed to book me a time slot that afternoon. He was pleasant, professional an friendly - nothing was too much trouble.
