Not very professional
Didn't have the lugs for anti tamper rims so couldn't even get my wheels off, went to two other tyre shops, both had them and use them daily,
They also damaged an interior panel in my car and when I took it back to show them the repair was a joke

Great deal, great service
Easy to book online, location spot on (Mandurah) for shopping while waiting for tyre fitting and a welcome, courteous check in.
Again when collecting, I was greeted with the same professionalism and all details explained.

The staff are very knowledgeable
The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. On the day of fitting my tyres and service, the My Car tyres were on a special deal. I had the store call me to let ne know, begone they put on my selected ones.
Very nice staff and will be getting my car service there from now on.

I was booked in for a specific time however the job was not started till much later.
Perhaps a better arrangement needs to be made as far as bookings go. Particularly, if they know particular days of the week are busy.
