Was quick and easy to book pay and schedule and get it done
But a bunch of testing that came with service and enquires I made I got nothing back apart from a receipt no results or feed back paid extra for roadside assist didn’t receive any info regarding that or membership either

The store experience was fine.
The store experience was fine apart from no management being available to discuss some of my concerns. The telephone enquiry system for quote and booking was the downfall of the process. Difficult to understand with a slight language barrier, pressure to close the booking and was told the branch manager could answer my concerns. No Branch Manager?

Friendly service but no feedback on service or any recommendations. Washer fluid was not filled with additive as one of the only extras within a standard service for $289.

Poor customer service
I was told 60-90min to change my tyres. Came back at 90min and they hadn't even taken my car in. Asked the girl at the counter how long, she told me she didn't know asked her if she could find out, she told me yeah in a minute. She finally went out the back but never came in to tell me. Asked a guy how long, he went out to find out and didn't come back. Ended up being an hour after it was meant to be finished with no apology. Chick on the counter has zero customer service skills

All experience excellent. Very caring people. Wrong tyres originally nominated by my but cheerily replaced by staff and fitted.
