Great service friendly staff and excellent communication from booking online to picking up the car. Great value for money too.

I got a tyre quote over the telephone and was advised when the tyres would need to be ordered as they were not standard tyres. Their price was good and affordable . I then scheduled an appointment to have the tyres fitted. Great customer service - all done within the hour as they stated. They appear fast and efficient. The reception area and workshop is tidy and clean. I will definitely be back and will refer them on to my family and friends. Thank you. Teresa

The team booked me in promptly, the next day in fact! Dropped the car off and it was completed quickly. Service was with a smile and light conversation.

Nice attitude and professional service

I have previously done basic service. In my recent services, I chose essential plus service for my car, but I feel there are no proper outcomes and results in the smoothness of the vehicle compared to my first one. I am partly happy with the detailed performance report.

I have been a repeat customer at the MyCar Modbury branch for a while.

Last Wednesday I left my car at the work shop for a service and mentioned that I would need new tyres.

I was called an hour later to say all 4 tyres need changing which I said was fine to proceed with.

When I picked my car up at the end of the day I was surprised to see that I was charged for a new car battery.

Had this been mentioned to me during the follow up call I would have told the mechanic that the battery was replaced elsewhere not too long ago.
What could I do once it's installed other than goodbye $380.

People say that mechanics take advantage of women and that's exactly how I felt being charged for something I didn't need or authorize.

Poor service and communication! I will not be returning to MyCar Modbury.

New Management at Modbury Nth Store, honest and reliable.. Communicated throughout repair process.. Found and discussed multiple option for repair and staged worked.. Easy to deal with.

I was very impressed with the fast response to my call to bring my car in straight away as it was "shaking & jumping." They found the problem very quickly and also did an Overdue Service. Very happy with how he explained the procedures that needed to be done and how quick and professionally it was managed and completed.

Great job, faster and clean.
