I was really impressed with the manager, D.J., who fitted me into their busy schedule and fixed the problem quickly. I found him very personable and professional and appreciated his approach to fixing the vehicle. I would definitely recommend D.J. and mycar to anyone.

Had trouble with my car on a Sat morning & rang mycar at Mount Ommaney (who I usually used for servicing) and they recommended I bring it straight down. They were busy but looked at it immediately to diagnose the issue. They were upfront about not being able to repair it straight away and that they'd probably need it for a couple of days (depending on parts), but that they'd call me later with a quote. I spent the next few hours trying not to panic about what I was going to do without my car for 3 days, so when my phone rang I was amazed when they advised it was all ready to go - they'd had everything they needed and managed to squeeze the job in. Super grateful and appreciative to Liam and the team!!
