I booked my car in to replace the for 4…
I booked my car in to replace the for 4 pm. I was informed car would by needed until 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:30 to be told my car hasn't even been started. I had to wait until almost 6pm. A simple text message could have been sent to say they were running late.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I took my car in on the off chance they could mend a tyre puncture after having to have my spare put on that morning. Said yes they could fit the job in around other work but could be a couple of hours. Very pleasant level of customer service and very happy with the outcome. I have always found the staff at Mt Ommaney to be extremely helpful.

Easy to book in to have my flat tyre replaced.
Phone call and booking process was simple and fast. An appointment was available on the same day which I appreciated so I didn’t have to drive around with a space saver tyre. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Price was great.

Tyres I was originally told were in stock, were not, and it took them 2 hours to figure that out and order them in.
Came back next day and after some hassling was eventually provided with an upgraded set of tyres for the original price as they didn’t know when ordered tyres would arrive.
Overall, problem was solved and my deadline was met for the quoted price, so I’m a happy camper
