Great guys very helpful and do a good job

Staff member was very professional, but also very helpful and friendly.

Mechanics identified need for new tyres for safety reasons. Provided competitive costs and did replacements there and then. Great service.

quoted me $600 for a part I could get at supercheap for $300 and $150 online, and that was before labor which would have totaled $740 for the one part, and also said a wheel needed alignment when I got them all aligned a month prior.

I had a flat tyre.
My tyre was repaired free of charge.
A few months back I purchased new tyres and luckily for me the tyres came with one free repair.
Staff were friendly and professional.

I went to get replacement headlighs and break lights and find out why I had a warning light on my dashboard.

Went back almost 2 hours later after them telling me that my car was unroadworthy and shouldn't be driven. Needed $3,000 worth of work and that was only to get it back on the road. More money would need to be spent on it but that was just the essentials.

I went in to ask them for an itemised invoice for all work that needed doing. The guy I was talking to laughed and asked how long I had? It was a long list and would take some time to print out the invoice. He had another car to do and he would get back to me after he was done. The other boys working started laughing about the invoice. And they were smiling between themselves.

I advised him not to worry about it and I was leaving. I had to find a way to collect my daughter from school considering I was now down a car.

The guy working stuck his head out the door and told me he would email it too me. I just told him to do whatever he felt he needed to do and walked away. Needless to say less than 5 minutes later I had the invoice in my inbox.

The way I was treated was horrible, I was only treated with respect once I had a way to come up with the money to fix the car. They were rude and condescending and I was was treated like a woman.. who doesn't know anything.

I organized a tow truck for the following day, I wasn't going to go back and face them or even talk to them again. Tow truck went to collect my car and he was told he couldn't collect as I had money owing on my car.

They charged me $133 !!! To look at my car (labour charges) and to write up an invoice. I fail to see how looking under the hood and putting my car on a hoist gets me a $133 bill. I was furious to say the least. And they didn't even replace my bulbs which is why I went there in the first place.

Needless to say I paid the money because they wouldn't release my car any other way.

I will never EVER be going back. You have permanently lost a customer. And I have told all my family and friends about my experience too - so they won't be going there either.

Great service. I dropped in last minute to see if I could get my tyres changed and they did it in less than an hour to make sure I wasn’t waiting too long with my 3 month old baby. It was done before my shopping was and tyres seem great. Would go back.

I used mycar for the first time and I was very pleased. They took less time than I expected to fit the tyres and they were very helpful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable,

Initially came in for tyre change, but the head mechanic did a thorough job of checking under the hood after I mentioned I'd be going for a long drive soon (Hobart to Brisbane).
Í'm glad he did because there was a gasket leak and a mess of oil - which surprised me since I'd just gotten it serviced the day before at another garage. Got that fixed at the same time as the tyre change, so no worries. Thanks a bunch guys!

I asked for two new tyres on the back and could i have the best worn tyre put to the spare rim
Spare rim was left on the rear of car and the original rim put to spare
When picking up and noticing i asked if i could have that changed as thats what i asked for
Your employee said ,
well if i do that i will have to charge you for a strip and fit
And i dont really have time
So just get it done next service.

I left unhappy that my spare wheel which is worn was to be left on after i requested it when i dropped car off and then to be told that it couldnt be done

So i wont be back again for any of your services
