A seamless experience from booking online to collecting my car after the service. The staff are friendly, polite and professional with clear communication about the service, condition of the vehicle and how to move forward with future services. Car is driving beautifully after the service.

On Saturday, I provided all my details for the invoice, but I noticed that they were incorrect. I attempted to call to request a correction, but I did not receive a response. Therefore, I decided to visit the store directly today. The receptionist informed me that it could take hours to fix the issue due to his busy schedule and that it was not possible to assist me at that moment. After insisting for a while, as I really need the invoice for legal purposes, he mentioned that he would make the correction when he had the opportunity, although he was currently very busy.

Mike and staff at Northlands were great! Easy to book in and work completed on time and with contact through the booking to discuss options.

Kmart Northland is always and easy and great service

I brought my car in and the mechanic identified that the window switch needed replacing. We booked the car in for Friday. I do outreach work using my car so I cancelled my shifts for the day. I’m a casual so that meant no pay for the day. I brought the car in. I later received a call to come and pick it up. I arrived and was told the switch needed replacing. I replied that I knew that and was expecting it to be fixed that day. They told me the part needed to be ordered and I would need to book out a day the following week to get this done.
The problem was identified the first time. It did not need to be re-identified the next time. I have lost two day’s pay rather than one due to this.
This is my first MyCar experience. Unfortunately it hasn’t been a good one.

Took my car in for 125k service. They had quoted me that a 125k service included a timing belt. They later rang me to advise my log book had recorded I had had a 125k service at Subaru and did I have a record of the timing belt. I did so they did not replace.
Very grateful for their honesty as I would have been none the wiser.

The person I dealt with explained everything that the car needed to have done. And the car was ready when they said it would be.

While I understand this business is expected to make a profit, I was wondering if their prices are somewhat unreasonable.
After getting an inspection for a RWC I was shocked to receive a quote for nearly $2400 to make fairly minor repairs to my vehicle (2007 Toyota Corolla) there was even an attempt to sell me a globe when it was not required! I effectively made all repairs and even replaced my windshield for less than half the price quoted.
I will NOT be a returning customer.
