The receptionist informed me that I required new tyres. Little did she know that I had recently changed my tyres from a reputable place.
She complained of arthritic fingers and appeared friendly at face value but was trying to sell me new tyres which I did not require.
It takes one dishonest individual to tarnish the reputation of a company. Sadly it was my first and possibly my last experience with Penrith mycar Tyre and Auto (Penrith).
