The person I spoke with initially and when I dropped my keys off was very helpful, polite and professional. I needed 4 new tyres and a couple of other things replaced and the communication was prompt and informative. I am happy with the work done.

My feedback on picking my car up is not so positive. I spoke with a different person and had a few questions to ask. Nothing big, follow-up care for new tyres, details of my old tyres, if my spare was adequate etc. I understand people may be having an 'off' day, but when you work in an industry where you interact with the public/customer there needs to be some degree of manners. You may have customers asking questions. The way this person dealt with my questions was defensive, unprofessional and rude. Not everyone is going to know everything about what is done to their car and I asked so I could become more educated, not to be a burden on your time or challenge your experience.

Vehicle was leaking water and oil after service. Vehicle booked in with dealer for investigation and resolution. Not happy

Efficient service for some minor repairs. Easy drop off and pick up on the day.

2 visits to miserable experiences
first time kept waiting as there were people off sick
changed the dates and rebooked
this time around told to be there at 8 so they could start on the service
dropped the car at 8 sharp and walked around the shopping center for 2 hours check what was happening and saw my car parked exactly where i left it.
2 hours and nothing had happened
I queried why it was still standing here and not beeing worked on and was told that the scheduling is at their discretion.
service should not be mentioned in the same sentence as this company.
I was pretty pissed off and language was exchanged
resulting in a threat of calling the police to evict me
Their service manager is a nasty angry little man who could not be more wrongly employed

The ease of booking and service provided, but when presented with relevant information about the service needed for my LDV T60 Max Lux in relation to 02 sensor clean it was dismissed. This is a service provided by LDV in all services on these vehicles.

The pimpama guys are the best mycar on the coast

Everything i mentioned was looked at and i got a detailed review of any possible issues or if it was all ok.

Followed up on exactly what I wanted the team to look at. I also needed a follow up on a light globe that went, and they were happy to help me out straight away.

I’ve been to myCar at Pimpama a few times now and each time I’m there I’m always walking away feeling like I had a win.

If it is with competitive pricing or the way they genuinely take care of you like a mate from next door.

Finally, I want to also point out that the way they talk and communicate is clear and direct. They don’t over promise or under deliver.

The guys at Mycar Pimpama are always helpful and full of knowledge. Nothing is ever a problem and they always look for a solution/ cheaper option.
