Very professional and efficient

Car service was just ok. I had to take my car back to Redbank plains my car store .amthey forgot to refill water tank and oil levels were low. My car never had any problem with wheel Balancing. After service car started bubbling on road and had to take car back to them. They said you need new tyres and alignment. It was a surprise to me as I don’t drive this car much it is only 27,000km driven so far in 4 years. And i am a mature driver . After coming tyres and alignment, my car is still not giving me stable drive.

The staff explained to me very well on the scope of work they did to my car. This gives me confidence in driving safely after the regular maintenance done to it.

The service was quick and we were informed of next steps in a kind and respectful manner.

Had to transfer my booking for a week later.No problem was experienced.165,000km service completed with no issues and picked up on time.

They said things i needed to replace things that did not need replacing ie- my windscreen wipers that had been replaced 3mths prior when my car lives in a garage! They missed a blown headlight on the service and i called them back to tell them but they still did not fix the light! They told me that the issue with my lhs steering rod was not a safety issue because they could not fix it on the day. They told me I had 3 oil leaks when I had 0, but now that my car is back I have a leak! and now my car sounds like it is revving when turned on.
I'm saddend to see pink (girl) tax is still being applied as when I got home and showed the boys what I was charged they laughed and laughed and laughed. Also, I know my car isn't the newest but to have my white car returned with greesy hand prints all over the bonnet and panels is very disrespectful. They told me to come back but I'm scared that they are just going to rip me off again. My $380 service cost me over $1100 and they didn't even fix the problem!

Pros:
- Donna was incredibly nice & helpful, answering all my questions
- I had to have my car back by midday for work. They managed to complete it within that time frame.

Cons:
- I had booked online via the official website a few weeks in advance, and had already paid with ZIP. When I arrived they had put it through as 2 separate jobs. Neither of which were correct. Then tried to charge me for the money I had already paid.
- I wasn't notified when my car was ready for pick-up.

Dylan at MyCar Redbank Plains is a champion. He is very experienced for his age and has an excellent 'Can Do' attitude. Dylan listened to my concerns about my tyres and was very thorough in his workmanship. The whole team at MyCar Redbank Plains have an attitude of putting their customer's needs first. I have been going to MyCar for all of my tyre needs and have purchased new tyres and absolutely love the tyre plan, free puncture repair and a team that puts the customer first. Dylan is an award-winning employee in my opinion! Thank you to the whole team, been going there since January 2022, and I will be coming back.

Best customer service right from reception to mechanics, there interaction and support to customers who depend on them being upfront with them and engaging in meeting the needs of the customer.
