poor service/after care

took car in for tyre replacement. communication poor, sent incorrect total for payment so had to chase them up to tell then they undercharged me over $200. paid the bill. Realised they left a part of the car off ( cap from rear bumper which has safety so can't fall off) when they changed tyre so returned to store. they could not find the missing item so i asked they replace this for me as it was their responsibility. They said it was my word against theres so they cannot help me as i cant prove it was there fault

Absolute idiots

Absolute idiots, second time now they have misdiagnosed my car.
This time I was quoted over 2k to redo my aircon pump when in reality the fans weren’t spinning due to the dog bone engine mount not being connecting, causing the engine to shift forward. (Diagnosed the issue myself, I’m a woman that has no experience in being a mechanic) it’s $300 or less job! (Quoted and repaired elsewhere) I won’t be back not even for tyres! They clearly have no clue what the hell they are doing,

When pennies are tight they make value suggestions for my families safety especially on tyres. They are always accomodating and helpful around my work hours. Fast & friendly

Fast, effective, friendly service! Needed a puncture repair done quickly and these guys delivered same day with less than an hour's turnaround.

The steering wheel and gear knob was…

The steering wheel and gear knob was all dusty and felt sticky after a team member had attended my car for service. I know they need to deal with car engines and engine oil all day + dusty and oily car parts. They definitely drove my car into service with no gloves on. It would help if they did some wiping with damp cloth over the steering wheel and gear knob after they had parked my car and marked it as "serviced".
I also wouldn't mind a briefing from the reception on the tests they did and everything was ok even the invoice mentioned all of that. It only adds to the level of customer service you are offering as I myself come from a customer service background.

Had our car serviced - horrendous experience

Had our car serviced, mechanic forgot to tighten the oil filter by the time we got home (36km away) oil was pouring out, stained the driveway and all up the rear of the car, phoned them up as soon as we got hime, nothing but attitude "what do you want us to do about it - by a guy called Ben" finally got a mobile mechanic out, put on a new filter and refilled the car back up, no oil left in engine, they are lucky it didnt blow!!!!! Will never use a MyCar again
