Very polite, and great service. Took my car in to get the Air-conditioning Re-gassed in my mini they completed this in a timely manner, they also checked my car over fee of charge to let me know everything that needed to be fixed/ done. Will definitely be using their services again. 😊

Quick service - considering that I just moved interstates and did a last minute booking through My Car. My vehicle is now certified roadworthy and in great working condition. Highly recommend.

Always a lovely experience

I was told that they were unable to do my wheel alignment due to having different rims on the car, I'm fine with that. The issue is that my car was left in drive and without the handbrake on, lack of respect to the customer won't be back

From making appointment to driving away my repaired car was a breeze. Customer hotline was very friendly, staff in the shop was accommodating and the location is accessible. Near shops where I did my grocery shopping while waiting for my car to be fixed. How I wish the fee would be more cheaper...

Redbank Plains Town Square service is always amazing!
The Contact Centre Operator actually booked my puncture repair for Monday but we work Mon-Fri full time. I asked if I could drop the tyre off Saturday, ready for them Monday.
I drop the tyre in and the team made time to repair it within a couple of hours and when to returned to pick up the tyre they also put it back on my car.
All of this also free of charge as it was included in my Tyre Care Plan.

a minor hiccup was resolved with one phone call.
