Even though they were understaffed they still found space to fit my car service in. They are friendly and they rang to tell me what they had found and what needed to be done, and how much extra it would cost. When the car was finished they sent me a text and rang me. Everything was great.

Mycar Tyre & Auto’s service was first class from the moment I called to make a booking to when I collected my car after a flat tyre had been repaired by them. It was not known at the time of booking whether the tyre could be repaired or needed replacement. Clearly the latter would be more expensive so both options were covered and prices quoted. On inspection mycar assessed the condition of the tyre and concluded that a repair was sufficient. This saved me well over $100 with the repair cost being very reasonable.

The boys were awesome. I had to bring a car in for a roadworthy. They got it done in great time and the whole experience was really awesome. I’ve been a customer of my car for the last 15 years. My previous car was serviced at the Croydon dealership because it’s my closest one. They couldn’t do the roadworthy and these guys squeezed me in knowing that I had to get the car rego changed over into my name from another state, I inherited the car and the rego runs out on 26 February. Thank you to the whole team I’ll be recommending you to anybody that asks.

I was able to organize my car to be looked at first
as I had told the My Car Tyre & Auto person I would be waiting at the Eastland shopping Centre whilst they were servicing my car.

I was happy to hear just under two and a half hours later that I could collect my car and nothing needed doing to the car which pleased me.

I had a tyre puncture, so I called them up and they booked me in within an hour. All very easy. It was sorted out quickly and professionally, while I had a nice walk around Eastland. I’d certainly use them again.

Needed to replace a punctured tyre, the tyre was replaced with a different tyre to existing. Requested the tyre be swapped for the exact replacement, the tyre was replaced with a different tyre again. Took 3 attempts to install a matching tyre. More care needs to be taken when replacing tyres.
