Once I arrived the staff member was friendly and fully explain timeline etc to me. My tyres were down in the specified time and I just sat in office waiting which was great on a hot day

Shammy and Josh (call centre) were extremely good. I highly recommended this centre to anyone who needs honest people working . This is my first time and I found them to be very reliable.

Reception was very friendly and mechanics are very knowledgeable. I received suggestions for the most suitable tyres and was given a generous pricing for them. The after service gives me assurance that I can rely on them if I were to get into another issue again.

Disliked: Didn't contact me as they had the incorrect mobile on file (even though they had the right email and the right contact number from my previous service). Didn't proactively tell me what was actually done or if any faults were found during the service.
