I was charged for parts that were not asked for, supplied, nor fitted. And dont ask for a refund you get yelled at for having a bad attatude.

The staff are absolutely invested in providing good value and excellent service. They are all helpful, polite and considerate, and their communication is outstanding. I have 20 year old vehicle, and they have consistently explained its service needs with honest prioritisation of issues and a sensitivity to the costs of repairs and my budget. They have been my preferred service provider for maintenance of our car.

What stands out most is that nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Zane always goes above and beyond to help, approaching every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to assist. He takes the time to answer questions, keeps customers informed, and ensures everyone feels welcome and valued.
It’s clear that Zane takes great pride in his work and in representing MyCar professionally. Team members with this level of commitment and customer focus are hard to find. He is a credit to the business, an asset to the team, and thoroughly deserving of recognition and reward for the exceptional service he consistently provides

Was told to come in at 10:30am for a simple tyre change, they said would be about an hour job, mind you I already had the wheel off my car. So went shopping came back and the job wasn’t finished and I ended up finally getting my wheel back at 1:00pm. They did it in 5 minutes in front of me so I got the impression they couldn’t be bothered doing it when it was booked and clearly was pushed aside all day.

I required repairs for nails in two tyres. I was able to get this done quickly and efficiently.

Staff member who saw to me was awesome and informative.
Service of my Hilux was quick and efficient.

Customer service, helpful & staff were kind - only thing is a zip tie must have come loose and now the plastic underneath is flapping around.
