I had an urgent issue with my car
I had an urgent issue with my car, and consequently pulled into mycar Tyre and Auto Smithfield without a booking-hoping to get help.
I couldn't believe it when Jacob checked out and repaired my car without question, immediately!
What an incredibly helpful and honest service that was! I drove away, with the problem fixed within 20 mins-and that has NEVER happened to me before.
Thanks Jacob, I still can't believe how efficient that was🙏

I have been taking my car to this…
I have been taking my car to this business for many years now and always been happy with the service and the friendly staff. If any extra work needs doing, they call me and let me know what needs to be done before doing the work. I recently had my break pads replaced and my car is so much better and runs so smoothly now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except my car Smithfield.

Once they got started they were good
Once they got started they were good, but owing to a misunderstanding about an appointment I had to wait 4 hours at their shop to get the service. This might have been due to poor communication from the RACQ.
