Mycar Tyres & Auto Southport provided a great experience with the servicing of my Jeep Patriot, and will be returning here for all future assistance. I'm always nervous with anything to do with the car as not very knowledgeable, and this was honestly the first time I felt comfortable right from the start. The staff were helpful, upfront and friendly and absolutely everything was explained clearly. Car's working great and drives better than ever. Thanks to a wonderful team, I genuinely hope the MyCar head office appreciates the great team they have at this location.

The Store Manager Natalie Campbell was lovely and bubbly and amazing in the fixing of my electric window switches on my Kia Sportage. Advised it could take up to 5 business days for the job to be completed, and she called me up the next day stating it was done! SO amazing. They were obviously busy as they had so many cars and Nat was running in and out of the office and workshop, but she never dropped her positive attitude. A1 customer service!

Natalie was super helpful and very convenient spot in Aus fair, parking was free. Good price good service would recommend

I am very satisfied and grateful for the service I received from Matt and Nat (and the team behind the scenes) at myCar Southport (Australia Fair). I believe they were thorough and fair on both occasions that my car was in for service and repair. I appreciated their explanations of what needed to happen and their efforts to fixing the issues. I also appreciate mycars roadside assist (included in my service) and tyre service (included with my new tyres) being Australia wide as I am in the process of moving interstate which gives me the peace of mind of being covered no matter where I go. For the duration of the time that my car was in for repair I could see they had a lot going on and had some issues with their systems but both Matt and Nat handled it all with great composure and presence and at times could see they were able to multitask well while under the pump. Going to a mechanic can be overwhelming but this was a very straightforward and seamless experience. Thank you again Matt and Nat for your care.

Friendly lady on the front counter, fit me in and very reasonable price for what I had done. Much better than the experience I had there many years ago.

They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. My car was serviced quickly, and it’s running smoothly now.
