Had a flat battery
Had a flat battery, which was only discovered when I went to start the car to take it in for its service. Called them to tell the guys I'll be late, turned up 2 hours late , no dramas. They fitted a new battery and still got the service done before my alloted pickup time.

Value for money and quality service
My Car provided a quote for the replacement of the front brake pads and rotors when I called and were $400 cheaper than the Kia service centre. They were easy to speak to and extremely helpful in booking.
In the day all staff I spoke to were friendly and professional and communicated when the car was ready.
We will definitely use their services again.

Attention to detail lacking
Easy to book in, and turned around quickly, BUT the tyre pressures weren't set correctly so the car was complaining. Also, one wheel was left dirty with whatever fluids were used in fitting the tyre.
