Engine over heated and check engine light was on. Limped in asked if they could check it over.
They advised might not be today as fully book (totally understand that).
By 4pm the same day. They had gotten back to me. What the trouble was.

They were so cheerful and very helpful and the most important thing they told me facts and didn't try and rip me off.

I booked my car in by phone for a puncture repair at 3pm and was told to give them up to an hour. When I arrived, I was told to leave it with them for 2 hours as they had a lot of work to get through due to double bookings, which was a inconvenience as I had other plans later in the afternoon that I had to change. This was a simple job and would not have taken long to do.

I was able to walk in and make a booking. I booked in for the $299 service. My brakes were in bad shape and needed further work. I was booked in the next week for my brakes, as that was the most urgent. A fortnight later, I booked in for my tyres and the wheel alignment. All up it was $2499 for a service, tyres, brakes, brake lines, wheel alignment. I was very grateful that they had availability for me. I also have roadside assistance as well with them which was complimentary. The staff are lovely, and very personable. Thanks so much! I've booked my Mum in for this weekend to get her car serviced and see what else needs attention.

Genuine people and great customer service

Great team of mechanics that do the job with pride and hospitality. Had an issue with wheel bearings and they were able to do a quick safety assessment until I could book it in to get done, which put my mind at ease. Car feels tight and drives beautifully. Diff oil was low which they checked and replaced.
