Friendly and helpful. Were able to fit me in for my rego check despite being fully booked and gave me a quote for my next service which is almost due. Complimentary alignment check with the rego check was a nice touch as well.

I realise I was being ripped off by my mechanic for the last 3 years. The guys at mycar showed me things that on my car that supposedly fixed and issues that was overlooked and potentially dangerous.

Was able to inform me with a time to see to my punctured tyre and provided me with alternative products to assist next time this happens again. One low cost fee as other similar businesses were more expensive. I did not choose this business due to cost it was due to service, convenience and availability and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Tyre Replacement Turns into Rear End Damage
Brought my car in for a puncture repair and the mechanic reversed my car into another car. How does this happen with a reversing camera plus rear assist sensors. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting my car fixed. The person who did it didn't even say sorry, just shrugged and walked away and let his boss sort it out.
