i asked the team to look at the airbag error and they said they would call after analysis. instead of this, i spent just over $600 on a service only to be told they didn't look at it and wouldn't because i need an autoelectrician for that. wasted my time and substantial amount of money

At pick up staff did not acknowledge me and was upset I picked the car up at 5.15
At booking and at drop off staff were great and I told them I will be picking car up between 5.15 & 5.30. At 5.00 was called asking “am I going to pick the car up today”. Again told them when. I picked it up at 5.15 staff member was clearly unhappy with me. Did not look or acknowledge me. Just asked if I had flybuys and paying with a card. I was polite and tried to make conversation even asking questions about the I already knew the answers too. Cover over spare tyre was not replaced properly

I was a little apprehensive about getting my car serviced with you again because the last service I had with you wasn’t good experience as i didn’t get all I paid for and got the run around by the manager but this time I was really pleased with the service and Brandon was very helpful and I received a good experience again so I’ll definitely be coming back
