Despite the busy environment, she stayed calm, kept things moving smoothly, and even cracked a perfectly timed joke that eased the tension in the room. She’s a real asset to the team — worth every penny and a fantastic personality to have on board.

Warm greeting on arrival by everyone who entered the office not just my consultant. Offered helpful suggestions.
Kept me informed when parts needed to be ordered and finished the work at the time mentioned. (The only (small) thing that would have made an exceptional experience was if the tyres had have been sprayed with Tyre Shine)
