The two guys that met me at reception were very friendly and after informing them the extra ‘work’ I needed, they explained they would ring me with a quote and what was needed.
One of them did ring me and offered advice of what was needed. Also explained what was done regarding noise that was happening.
Very good customer service.

3rd time going to this centre and something on or in my car gets damaged. Never attending this centre again. No I didnt complain to them this time as the last 2 times they spoke to me like they didnt take it seriously. I dont know how they can be so rough.

Fantastic !!! Never go anywhere else for my tyres that’s for sure !!!! Had a puncture fixed it next day !! And only about hour and half !!! It was great friendly service !!!! Thank you guys at Stockland Townsville my car !!!!

Jack is doing a brilliant job in difficult circumstances .
He was left with a mess that he seems to be cleaning up. My experience at mycar did not start well but because of Jack and his dedication to the role , it ended well.

A previous merchant gave me some bad advice on tyre size, front desk at my car Townsville was able to source me the right tyres basically on the same day so I didn't have to rebook, really solid effort by the guy out front.

I had my tyres replaced last week at your Townsville Shopping Centre location. Since then, I’ve been hearing a strange noise coming from the front of my car quite frequently. I’m concerned it might be related and would like to have it checked.

I needed a vehicle inspection certificate for interstate vehicle transfer, Mycar Aitkensville team did a fantastic job from the first point of contact. They have communicated all the way what will be done and even delays were promptly informed ahead. Thanks team and management for your awesome team work.

Although its been a week and im still waiting for my quotation for the follow up work on my vehicle and im not sure why its ataking so long
