My last 3 cars have been serviced through the same MyCar and I have never had an issue. Even when warranty works have needed to be carried out, their work has never impeded the dealership from honouring the warranty. They notice issues if there are any and inform you, unlike some mechanics that play the "it's not my problem, or part of the service game"

Honest workers. Quick fix and on my way

I'm extremely happy with the logbook service, tyres and wheel alignment I had done. Easy to book it in and a great turn around time. Darren and Cody went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my car after it broke down a little over a week later, (un expected wear and tear- mostly due to my previous choice of repairer neglecting to do the correct servicing), the parts and repair took less than 24 hours and I was back on the road. I'm also very grateful for My Car having a 12 month roadside assistance program too, it's really easy to access and use and a tow truck was sent to rescue me in about 30 minutes and tow my car to My Car Traralgon.

My wife took our car by the guys to see if they could book it in for some globe replacements. The boys offered to get it done then and there while she finished off some shopping. 45 minutes later, job done and no charge for the work as we take our cars there regularly. Excellent service, very much appreciated.

The operator is professional organised service to suit . And carried out device at booked time . Cleary states the process and then lets you know when car is ready .
He is personal and engaging and gives a rundown on all work performed. I have no hesitation in getting both our cars serviced at this location .it is a pleasant experience
