My experience at my car Traralgon was phenomenal customer service, with the rep showing he was willing go above and beyond to help me fix and find issues upon inspection of my vehicle. Taking the time to explain the services/product that were being provided and work that was required to get my vehicle back upto tip top shape.
Unfortunately I can not remember his name, but there’s a young fella that works there and he seems like a well experienced mechanic and knew what he was looking for.

I always feel heard not just listened to. I'm treated with the most utmost respect and courtesy by the guys. Cody is amazing. And all the guys go above and beyond to help fix my car!!!

Knowledgeable staff and really friendly. This is the second time I’ve had my car with them and it won’t be the last. They are free with good advice don’t try and push the most expensive things on you. I’m really happy with the service they provided. Will definitely be back.

The guys at Mycar are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will always recommend them to anyone.

They were extremely busy, and apologised for being unable to complete the work by my requested pickup time. They were quite upfront, and offered either a later pickup or a rebook. I took the later pickup, and the car was ready at the quoted time. The condition report was comprehensive and options were also discussed. EXTREMELY happy with the service, communication and friendliness of the staff.
