Excellent service and communication from the team

Charged me $200 more for a battery for my car than the retail price of multiple surrounding auto parts stores, including the store THEY purchased it from!. Exactly same battery - same part number.

Very professional,understanding ,making jobs on time, very friendly office and staff.I recommended 👌 to everyone.

Given the time of year when I threw a drive belt and needed a new tensioner, the team down at my car Tuggernong fitted me in and had my car back to me the same day

Given it was two days away from New Year’s day amazing service

And reasonable cost

Made swapping out my tyre very easy. Told me to give them an hour and they got it done in 30 minutes. Great service, great work. Would recommend and would come back

What a great team, they went above and beyond to service my car. Excellant service and price

Gave the car for a service at 1pm as arranged. Asked whether I could have it by 3pm. I was told it will be closer to 4pm. Went in at 3.45. Work was just starting. Was not impressed!
The usual Manger Anthony was not there!!

Never an issue at mycar Tuggeranong. They work hard to meet all your needs, fit you in when you need them and provide a solid service. Never had any issues with the provision of service and or with any work done. Will be back when it’s time.

Anthony is beyond helpful re all things tyres and additionally re the servicing of your car. He is very engaging, honest, and open re the needs of your vehicle. And most importantly looks for proactive solutions to manage any of your cars requirements. He provides informative feedback and treats you respectfully, regardless of your mechanical knowledge. I have a large family with multiple cars and we always take our cars for either tyre or mechanical needs to mycar Tuggeranong, and there’ll be no change soon, perhaps unless Anthony moves on!

I had new tyres put on my car which went well, was told my car needed some further repairs and I would have a quote emailed to me. I called multiple times within a week and was told the quote was being done that day, but it never happened which was disappointing.

The service is always of the top quality. The staff are always polite and professional. They follow up if the vehicle is running late or of there are other concerns.
