My tyre deflated quite quickly while shopping with later finding a nail in a rear tyre. I walked in to the store and asked for help and despite being booked out, they gave me a hand. I appreciated that kind of service. Came back the next day to book the car in. Didn’t feel pressured or ripped off. Thank you to the team at Wagga Wagga.

Technician found what the issue was with my car and resolved it. They also filmed the problem so that they could actually show myself the issue. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The man that did my pink slip was extremely considerate and helpful when it came to the follow up repairs needed. He was accommodating to fitting me in on the same day and was transparent in what needed doing. Didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need.

Was easy, the team are very friendly.

I had all four tires replaced and a wheel alignment done, but as soon as I got back on the road, my car’s steering started pulling hard to the left. I live far away and now I’m stuck with a messed-up alignment that I paid for, and I’m not about to waste more time and money going back to fix their mistake.

But after I complained to customer care, they were very responsive and they wanted to offer me a refund for the money I paid for the wheel alignment. I really appreciate this.

Tyres and ball joints not checked could be a safety issue. I was disappointed as I had a full service book service on my ford ranger. There was no feedback verbally or on the invoice so I assumed everything OK. One day later someone poinited out that the two front tyres were almost bald on the inside. The outside near new. I hadn't noticed but either had the service. When I went to replace them and get a wheel alignment they said it would be a waste to get the wheel alignment as there was damage to the ball joint and ??(sorry cant remember off hand). The left was bad but the right was worse and almost a safety issue. I have to organise now to get these looked at. I am concerned whether anything else was done and I have doubt in my mind. I assume at least the oil was changed but I don't have confidence. This was the first time I have used you guys and I would have concerns using MyCar again or recommending to anyone. Very slow with communication regarding what I was told needed to be repaired on my vehicle resulting in the company loosing my buisness as I went else where.
When I took my car to be looked at elsewhere I was then told that the actual repairs were not required.

FRIENDLY SERVICE AND WORK TO FIT IN WITH YOUR TO DO LIST ON THE DAY.

Poor. Didn't complete the service in the first appointment. Didn't say anything until the pickup time and say it's not possible to complete the service. reschedule to another date. Waste of my time to wait 3-4 hours for nothing been done.

Not as expected, rude staff, no logbook stamp but charged nearly $300 dollars.
Doesn’t recommend at all.
