Visited MyCar at Wallsend today hopeful to have a quick replacement of a dud light bulb.
The serviceman at the front desk duly obliged.
He quickly assessed my problem. He returned with the correct gear and replaced the bulb in a matter of minutes. His service was courteous, efficient and skilful.
I have used Mycar mechanical services at Wallsend for several years. The service has been consistently 5 star.

Craig and team really know their stuff. I pulled in with a slow leak, and from the office Craig looked up and said "yeah I can see it from here" and he was right - there was a screw in the tyre. Twenty minutes later it was fixed and I was gone. They have maintained my magna, my Merc, my ute and my Ducati - I trust them and they are always good value.

Mycar is maintaining my vehicle to a very high standard as per logbook. It is very comfortable to know that my vehicle has never broken down. I have my wheel alignments and bought new tyres as well.
Anyone thinking of using Mycar would only find it advantageous to do so.

Mycar in Wallsend was fairly priced, honest and kind, and timely in scheduling my service and completing the work. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

The customer service was excellent, they even drove me to shopping centre as im 6 months pregnant and it was a really hot day so I was really impressed and appreciated. The service on my car they do is always great and done in impeccable time, always a great job well done boys.
