I can honestly say that my experience with My Car tire and auto Wallsend was definitely a positive one, and would definitely recommend Craig and the team to anyone!!!

I first took my car there for a service, and the only difference from the big name car service centre where I previously went, was the price, and personal service, both were a pleasant surprise.

The second was a small problem I had with one of the tires, which I was lucky enough for them to be able to fix it that day.

From my experience with My Car Wallsend, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I had a flat. The guys were clearly busy but still made time for me. I purchased 2 tires and a wheel balance and they had me back in the road quickly.
These guys were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly hard workers. They showed me the problem and explained what needed to happen.
Finding smart retailers in this sector is sometimes challenging. These guys were great and I will be a customer in future.

Great customer service and quick response. After finding my battery was flat and was meant to take my car in for road worthy inspection that day they came straight to my house within 10mins of calling got it started and took to the shop to look at it, understood I was very stressed about it also understood that I wouldn't be able to pay that day if any work was needed and said that it could stay over night. Very good communication on pick up.

Tyre change was relatively quick and very professional service. Friendly down to earth staff.

Basic service was done in good time, good feedback with some other minor issues, very helpful!

Mycar Wallsend is doing an excellent job on looking after my car, six months ago they told me the next time you come in your brakes will need doing and new tyres are due for registration.
I went to book my car in and the manager told me he could do it now so he run me home and told me what time he would pick me up and he would ring.

The service I received from mycar at Wallsend was the best service that I had in years. Very friendly staff and helpful. I have spoken to a lot of people about it and in doing so they have had their car serviced there as well. I would not hesitate to tell more people about the experience I received. Thank you mycar and I will see you next Saturday to have my second car serviced

booked in for yearly service and rego check needed a new tyre as it had a nail.

Outstanding service.
Craig's team are always obliging, including re-works. There are times when aging equipment can lead to a less than perfect outcome. My front wheel balance was such a case. No issue, re-calibrate the balancer, re-balance the fronts and back on the road. Perfect!
