Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service! I originally booked online and paid for 2 new front tyres, but Liam called to let me know that my rear tyres had multiple punctures and recommended replacing all 4. He went above and beyond by honouring the sale price on Pirelli tyres, giving me a significant discount. I'm especially grateful, particularly with Christmas approaching and for completing it all on the day. I also had a wheel alignment done, and now my car drives so smoothly and feels safe again. I highly, highly recommend their service :0)

At first there were issues with RWC…
At first there were issues with RWC compliance on car. Communication by MyCar staff was exceptional and issues resolved in the long run. Repairs cost a bit but safety is paramount. So outcome was very good.
