10/5 stars :)
The guys are great, always super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with any of the services they’ve provided me and trust them so much more than other local mechanics I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.

Honestly the most disappointing service. Never going back.
Honestly cannot believe how bad my experience was trying to get my service done here. I took my car here to get a full log book service and noted I had a ticking noise when accelerating and that I found an oil leak in my engine bay. I got my car back in which they didn’t even reset my service timer on my car I had to do myself. My tyres I knew had a slow leak from a screw in a tire. They never even called to say they found a puncture would I like it repaired. I noticed it wasn’t even pumped up as it was slightly low when getting my car back. As for the ticking noise the bloke who was dealing with me who I believe is the boss doubted my ability to know the difference of a stone in my tire making a noise when driving to a ticking noise like I haven’t done 180k in this car and know when something doesn’t sound right. Assured me there was a leak at the engine bay but instead of telling me a price in fixing my problem. Told me to try take my car to the dealers because it can be a warranty item. I didn’t tell him I had been quoted from there already just wanted to see their price while my car was already with them. Then basically said I can just keep driving it they have seen worse. What kind of advice is that when it’s oil leaking. To then leave and be called to say they couldn’t replace one of my filters because they didn’t have the part and offer a refund or to come in when they have a part and get it put in. I said I’ve paid for the service I’ll wait for it to come in and I’ll drop my car off and get it done. 4 weeks had gone by and I had not heard anything. Called up and the person I had spoken to had no idea what I was on about and left a note for management in which that were meant to call me back when in the next day. 3 days go by no one tried to reach out. Called them back got onto the manager and he made out like the part was there ready to go once he dispatched it. Took it down the following day when they opened and he recorded the wrong part once again and then I was told if I wanted it done it’s actually a bigger amount then me paying for a full log book service. Really let me down this service did. When you’re paying close to $700 you expect your car to be in good hands. I will never take mine or my wife’s car back there and will be letting my friends and family not to bother going there either.

Went in to get a fanbelt replaced due to noise from that area and when I picked the car up was told it went smooth only for me to jump in the car and the noise to still be there and worse.
Had them take another look at it and tell me it was a timing belt. Would have thought that a mechanic can diagnose that prior to pulling apart the wrong belt or at least notice it afterwards. Instead tell me it's all good and I've got to follow up on the noise still being there.
