Speedy, efficient service for our car.
It was easy to make a booking to have our car serviced, at a time that suited us. The front desk guys are efficient and friendly. They called to tell us about extra work they found in addition to the regular service, and were not ‘pushy’ when we said we could only do one item at this visit.

Early morning woke up to a punctured tyre. Popped into My Tyre & Auto Waurn Ponds. Spoke with a very helpful Chris on reception. He was most helpful in explaining all my options - was even able to fit my car in same morning. Thanks guys, I couldn’t get to work without your help and advice! Great service 😁👍

Our car is less than 5 years old and…
Our car is less than 5 years old and has done 110,000km. We were advised that we were required to have the big 150,000km service due to the 'time'. We have always trusted what we were told so did it. We have since been told by other people that there is no reason why we should have had that service. It was a LOT of money and we are still very confused why we needed the bigger service. Someone new is now running the tyre and auto and we had the total confidence of the person before , but now have concerns. What service do we need next??? It does not seem right and it feels like our trust was abused. We also purchased two new tyres and a wheel alignment as was told we needed those as well.
