Fantastic friendly service and they made me feel so welcoming and certainly have a lot of understanding when you mention a issue to them.

Picked up at 5:00pm because I was delayed at work. That turned out fine. Was offered next repairs and quoted.

Great to deal with. Tyres on special changed very quickly. Repeat customer.

Always delayed by days!
Booked car 4 weeks ago for 8am. Didn’t advise they could not get it done. Manager was so stressed - no toilet breaks, no lunch breaks. Poor management by him. I was not really interested so he got bad tempered and verbally and physically abusive. Full of bullshit, just disorganised and a bully because l was a girl. Go somewhere else, they just can’t get it done!

Great customer service

I had an excellent experience and will be recommending Tom and his team to my friends and family.
My car had a few issues which were identified and Tom took the time to explain these issues to a non-mechanical person like me, it was appreciated.
The process was quick and simple and I didn’t have to wait for long, considering there were issues with my car, and they were busy.
5/5 stars.

Vehicle left all day and roadworthy not completed.
Rude manager, inept service. Manager threw the vehicles keys hitting the female collecting the vehicle in the head.
Disgraceful and issue not being left with this review. Police, Work Cover and CEO involved.

Went to mycar for a quote on tyres.
Had the best price in ballarat by a long shot.
Booking service was quick and easy.
Can't wait to have them fitted.

Feel for the store manager as he was getting abused by a customer when I was in the store.
No one should have to deal with that.

I want to say I had the best experience with a manager under stress and the worst experience with a customer i have had .The "Lady" customer was abusive and angry towards the manager from the minute she opened the door to come in , demanding her car , when he the manager explained that her car had not had the rwc check done yet and was not ready to be picked up as they where flat out, the customer was upset and argumentative , the manager tried to explain to her that it would be done later that day if not first thing in the morning and apologised to the customer. The customer then was abusive and told the manager she needed it now as she had booked a vicroads inspector to get it registered.
The manager tried to explain that they tell everyone not to book with vicroads until the car has passed a rwc.
The customer would not listen and was very argumentative and pulled the "you're doing this because I'm a girl" and went on about it being against the law to only have 1 roadworthy tech and lots of other stupid stuff.
When the manager tried to explain again the customer got more abusive and threatened to call the police and lawyers. At that stage the manager told the lady that he refused to do the rwc as she had threatened lawyers and police and it was within his rights to refuse to do the work, and tried 2times to hand the keys back each time the customer throw/ pushed them back saying you will do the roadworty or else . The manager then slammed the keys on the counter and told her to get the F@#k out ( probably not a good look,or correct language to use But I don't blame him, i don't think many people would not of told her where to go)
He then walked out onto the workshop floor to stop being abused by the customer, the customer then barged out on to the workshop floor yelling and carrying on ( I couldn't hear properly as i was still in the office) She then yelled at the other worker for smiling or laughing ( not sure which it was).
The manager then yelled at her to get back into the office (probably not the right thing to do but again I don't blame him). She then called her husband and told him to come up here and "sort " this idiot piece of shit out and to "deal" with the issue.
She then abused me for laughing as she was on a rant about "they are only doing this because I'm a girl and they think they can steal my money" ( I was standing there with my granddaughter ).I yelled at her to pull her head in and leave the shop if she is going to abuse staff and customers( I know i probably shouldn't have said anything but honestly she was acting like a B@#ch) she then yelled at me telling me it isn't any of my business. I responded by say" if you're going to abuse staff and customers then she can get the f@#k out" ( I know it was wrong but again she was being a b@#ch). She finally went outside to keep complaining to he husband on the phone.
As I was standing there waiting another customer came in and the "lady " out side came back in yelling over the customer as the manager was trying to serve the new nice older lady customer . The abusive/rude customer told the nice older lady that she is a idiot and should never come here as she will get ripped off because they hate women( I have no idea why she got that idea)
She finally left and the manager could finally deal with nice older lady and give me a quote for tyres and a service ( which I will get as soon as I can) I did apologized to the Manager for telling the rude customer off.
The manager tried to apologize to me and the nice older lady about what happened.
The manager never threatened or touched the rude customer. He tried being nice but some people just can't be helped.
As i was leaving another customer was coming in we sort of laughed and said some people just don't want to listen

Amazing and friendly staff, went out of there way to make me feel heard, answered all my questions, will definitely be going back again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable.
