The manager was more than helpful. The whole experience was extremely good and I could highly recommend going to my car at Stockland‘s in wendouree.
Also, the service was prompt and a lot quicker than I thought and look forward to dealing with him again

The team at Wendouree mycar, especially Travis, are always happy to answer any questions and teach me more about my vehicle. They have a great positive customer focused attitude, and it’s clear that they love their job. They also offer great advice and find good prices for replacement parts.

A few years back, I bought a 2012 Jeep SUV, which is not rare exactly but not common, and I struggled to find a mechanic group that were comfortable repairing it — even the local Chrysler dealership in Ballarat wouldn’t touch a 2012 model. And the nearest Chrysler team that would, were hours away and were overpriced. So I was overjoyed when mycar were confident to offer maintenance, incl. logbook services, on my model, and offer a better price for these services.

The booking website is easy to use. One tip for the website makers, it’s hard to make a specific enquiry or book a non-standard service — eg recently I wanted to replace some tired/faulty headlights. Would be a great help if the website would let you email an enquiry direct to your nearest dealer, or phone text, or provide the dealer’s contact details to call.

Service was carried out with exceptional customer service. Car was ready on time with an SMS to advise it was ready. Service outcome explained with any further work required explained and quoted.

I always find the staff friendly, helpful and upfront about what will need doing and the likely cost. As per usual, the work was done efficiently - to cost and time and with friendly customer service.

Very accommodating with fitting me in quickly, quick service and great customer service.

Had the car serviced drove 1km away to shopping car park. Turned motor off did grocery shopping and when returnded to car would not start,. Rang My Car and they did not help me. Had to ring RACV and they came and checked motor and said battery wad dead flat and had to be replaced which they did. WHY didn't they check the battery when servicing it 1 hour before. They could have replaced the battery while they had it there saving us the stress and worry having to sit in car in 32 deg trying to get help. We are in our eighties and did not need this stress. Will not be going back to My Car again. MY car Wendouree

Service exceeded expectations.

It’s actually a Zero star.
It was a fight to get my car back as I said MY car back for just change of tyres and rims… They couldn’t get the rims on time even though was advised would be there next day but every day was next day… Then they refused to release my car even though I was paying the full invoice…they wanted me to pay via direct debit and wait for their bank to clear it before I could take my car back and they refused me paying cash… I had to fight and threaten that I’d go with law enforcement to pay cash and get my car then I got my car.
After that I had to fight and threaten again to get a proper receipt when I am legally entitled for one.
It was nothing but a drama and NEVER AGAIN!!!!
On top of all the drama there was a bolt left in my car and when my partner enquired they casually just said “oh it’s yours it should be on your wheels” but I just had wheel alignment so shouldn’t they have put that bolt on?? Were we at risk for driving without a bolt??
AND the night after the tyres and wheels changed as well as alignment and checks my car light came on notifying that the tyres needed pressure…. Er okay 👌🏽
