I booked in for a standard 249 dollar…
I booked in for a standard 249 dollar service. When I vent into the office I was presented for at 399 dollar service to sign which I said 'no thank you' to. When I got the call back after the service he said that it needed some minor fixes which I agreed to, then he said I could pick it up around midday. I arrived at 2pm and the car was not ready, he then said he'd never said it was ready that time. Not acceptable. I then cancelled the rest of the fixes just to take my car elsewhere. I later on figured out that he overpriced the fixes (that I cancelled). Don't go there if you appreciate service and trustworthy people.

Long overdue service sorted
My car service was 5000kms overdue, and Christmas was rapidly approaching, but I managed to sneak in this much needed service the day before Christmas! These people were busy with a capital B, but remained cheerful, helpful, and had my car back on the road by lunchtime. Very happy with the service provided, and the positive vibe given by staff.

I called in because I'd got a bolt in my tyre. Windsor store was flat out but they organised to put my spare tyre on and too the damaged tyre and repaired, I went back the next day and they fitted the repaired tyre. The staff were amazing, friendly and nothing was too hard. I'll go back there again. Great customer service
