Poor attitude from such cowards! So yeah really bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend trusting these guys. They are a bunch of smart arses!!

I went in for service, they told me I needed new tyres, I got the tyres put on and they broke my suspension, they then told me it was always like that I could just feel it now because I had new tyres! They then gave me the serious run around for weeks when I tried to get my insurance to cover the price of the damage. They treated me like a complete idiot and I have a $3000 issue with my car now for the privilege.

Absolutely brilliant service went in with no notice with a broken valve stem on my caravan it was fixed in under 10 minutes and no charge can't recommend My Car Toormina highly enough

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this service centre. Their office proudly states, "We don't only care about the car, we care about the driver too," but my experience was the exact opposite.
I stood in the office for nearly 25 minutes while the staff member upfront completely ignored me because he was busy answering continuous incoming office calls. Every time I tried to speak with him, it was incredibly difficult to get his attention. He repeatedly told me "one minute" just to jump right back onto the next phone call without assisting me.
When I finally managed to ask a simple question about checking a minor scratch on my car's bumper during my upcoming booking, his response was dismissive and rude. He told me I just had to wait until the service date instead of addressing it professionally.
I have never felt so ignored and disrespected as a customer. Because of this terrible customer service, I have canceled my upcoming appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. They do not care about the driver. Stay away.

Excellent service from the team at Mycar Broadbeach. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Today I had my car inspected for registration renewal. It was done very professionally and the service from reception was excellent..they sent a message when inspection was completed..it took about 30minutes which was great as they were quite busy..it was an efficient experience

Had to call roadside assistance today as my car wouldn't start. Steve turned up at the time he said and did a test which showed the battery was kaput. As he was removing it, he discovered that one of the terminals were loose, and that may be the problem so he tightened it up and got me to try again. Alas it was apparent that the battery needed replacing. This was done quickly and professionally. When it came to payment, it could not be recieved by his phone, so he rang the office and I spoke to Linda( I think that was her name). The transaction was completed in a professional and friendly manber.
